At La Crefe, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may be eligible to return or exchange your item(s) in accordance with the policy outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and labels intact. Once altered items may not be returned.
  • Only products purchased directly from our website www.lacrefe.com are eligible.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at info@lacrefe.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return shipping address.

Return Shipping

At La Crefe, we offer free return shipping on all eligible items within the United Kingdom. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for sending your item back. 

Please ensure all items are securely packaged, unworn, and returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. We recommend retaining your proof of postage until your return has been confirmed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

At La Crefe, we take great care in the quality and accuracy of every order. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.

To report an issue, contact our Customer Service team at info@lacrefe.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item, including the defect or damage

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you. Return shipping for faulty or incorrect items will be covered by La Crefe.

Please note: that items reported outside the specified timeframe may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
